Fiji Television Limited has maintained that it does not have an agenda against the interim government and are totally independent.
News Director Mereana Kitione stressed that in their meeting with Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama and the Fiji Media Council chairman on Monday, they had clarified all the concerns raised about their news content.
She maintained that Fiji TV is still following the story involving a taxi driver, who claimed in a TV interview that he was allegedly sodomised.
