It’s the day after Christmas and it’s that time of the year when we start to think about how we're going to spend New Year's Eve.
As has been tradition for the past couple of years, the Fiji Street Party is again going to herald in the New Year at the Albert Park.
Organisers Total Event Company said the street party which started nine years ago with around 1,500 to 2,000 people was brought about to give something for people to do on New Year's Eve, that was fun, safe and for the whole family.
Director Loretta Jackson said people can expect to have lots of fun.
The Fiji Street Party and the New Year's countdown will be held this coming Thursday from 7pm to 1am at the Albert Park.
