Fiji Nursing Association General Secretary said that Fiji should not be compared to a developed nation as Singapore.
Kuini Lutua's comments comes after the Public Service Commission Chairman Rishi Ram said that PSC is expected to introduce new policies soon in order to bring Fiji's civil service in line with Singapore's civil service.
Lutua adds that Interim Government must give back the civil servant what they are supposed to be getting in terms of salary that was denied to them.
Lutua also said that PSC knows what is wrong in Fiji.
