The Flying Fijians will have to be more consistent, if they are to go one step up after playing in the quarterfinals of the last Rugby World Cup in France.
IRB Pacific Island's Development officer, Jake White said the next World Cup is in 2011 and he believes by then Fiji players will be much stronger.
White said compared to the other Pacific Island teams, Fiji has a better chance to reach the last four in the next Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.
