The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team will take on South Africa in the 5th place semi final of the Las Vegas 7s at 8.28 this morning.
Fiji was bundled out of their quarterfinal after losing to New Zealand 19-14.
Playmaker Waisea Nacuqu will now miss out on the remaining tournaments of 2018/2019 7's series after he suffered a collarbone fracture during their pool match against Australia.
Extra work will have to be put in by Fiji as they will try to defend their title in Vancouver later this weekend.
Meanwhile, New Zealand will take on USA in the first cup semifinal of the Las Vegas 7s at 9.12 this morning while Samoa will meet Argentina at 9.34 this morning in the second semifinal.
The Cup final of the Las Vegas 7's will kick off at 12.30 this afternoon.
