There is now an indication that the Fiji Law Society is planning to file legal action against the interim administration to question the validity of all the gazetted decrees including the Immunity Decree.

Society President, Davinesh Sharma has already said that the matter will be taken to court but Village News is yet to get confirmation on when the action will be taken.

Speaking to Village today, Law Society Vice President, Tupou Draunidalo said with the FICAC ruling yesterday where the matter has been referred to the DPP's office, its clear that the constitution is alive and all such matters can be questioned in court.
