The Fiji Invitation team started their Fiji Bitter Nawaka 7s campaign on a high note after they beat Nawaka 2 by 31-0.
Featuring for the Fiji Invitation team is Marika Vunibaka, Setefano Cakau and Mosese Volavola in the forwards while Emosi Vucago at halfback, William Ryder at playmaker, Ratu Naisa Narukutabua at rover and Nasoni Roko on the wing.
Organizers of the 21st Fiji Bitter Nawaka 7s tournament have confirmed that if the Fiji Invitation team wins a prize at the two-day tournament they will only take 20% of the $10,000 prize-money while 80% will go to the runner-up.
In other results: Prison 1 beat Sunset Eagles 12-0, Nawaka 1 beat Senimako 7-0, Red-Rock 1 thumped Korovuto 26-0 and Army Red beat Momi by 14-0.
Games continue at Prince Charles Park and will finish at 6.45pm.
