The President of the Fiji Football Association will now make a statement in the Fiji FA Annual General meeting regarding the issue where Lautoka soccer is asking for the decision on their protest against Rewa in the National soccer league competition.

When questioned by Fijivillage Sports this morning, Dr. Samsu Dean Sahu Khan only said an announcement will be made next Wednesday.

Sahu Khan had said yesterday that Rewa had met all the requirements before fielding the Nigerian player against Lautoka earlier this year but he needs to look through the protest file.

Lautoka soccer officials are claiming the protest hearing is pending.

They say if the decision goes in their favour then the Blues will win this year's National soccer league title.

Ba currently sits on top of the points table with 51 points and Fiji FA had announced that Ba soccer team is the league champions of 2010.
