The Fiji Football Association will hold its 12th council meeting next Sunday to discuss some ongoing issues as well as making a decision on having eight teams in the Super Premier Division from next year.

Chief Executive, Bob Kumar said they will discuss the mechanics of super eight competition and will also make a decision as under which criteria two teams from the super premier division will be relegated to the premier division.

Kumar added it has been proposed the super eight competition kicks in from next year and it is now up to the council to decide if it will go ahead.

Meanwhile, Kumar said they will also discuss the Courts IDC program during their meeting and a date will be set for the pools draw of Fiji FA's biggest soccer tournament.

Fiji FA's 12th council meeting will be held next Sunday at the FASNOC office.
