The current Fiji Football Association staff will have to pack their bags and find another job if they are found not performing as expected.
Fiji FA Presidential candidate, Rajesh Patel said should he come into office from Thursday, his one of the main area of work will be to carry out an assessment of Fiji FA’s current staffs.
Patel said other changes will come in time but Fiji FA Staffs need to get more productive from now on.
Patel who has been the Vice President of Fiji FA since 2005 added the Just Play development plan is the way forward for Fiji soccer and his main objective will be to keep the programe running.
He added one cannot improve the soccer standard in a year and the development programe that has started this year will surely show the results in years to come.
The Fiji FA Presidential election will take place tomorrow in Suva with Patel and Shalendra Prasad contesting for the top job.
