These are the words of Fiji FA Referees Director Chandra Segran who said all the referees appointed to officiate in the tournament are mentally and physically fit.
2011 Vodafone Fiji FACT starts this Thursday at Lautoka Churchill Park and the first match between defending champions Ba and Tavua kicks off at 5.30pm.
