The President of the Fiji Football Association has today cleared the air regarding the Lautoka soccer teams protest against Rewa in the National soccer league competition.
Dr Samsu Dean Sahu Khan said the Rewa soccer team had obtained proper clearance of the Nigerian players involved and Fiji FA had made the decision accordingly in favor of Rewa.
According to Sahu Khan he will re-look at the relevant file and check on the claims made by Lautoka soccer in relation to the protest.
However, Lautoka soccer President, Shalendra Prasad maintains his team was not informed of the ruling on their protest.
