Fiji Football Association is hoping for a favorable weather next week so that the first major tournament of the year, the Fiji Bitter Fact, is a success.

Chief Executive Bob Kumar is in the West this week and said the ground at Prince Charles Park is in good condition and the Nadi Town Council has done a good job on the drainage system so that the ground is not spoilt even if it rains next week.

Kumar said they have plans, if anything comes up during the tournament or rainy weather prevails but they aim for all the Pool Games, semifinals and final to be completed in the four-day tournament.

Fiji Bitter Fact will officially starts next Thursday with the opening match between Nasinu and Tavua at 5pm.
