The Fiji Football Association National Council meeting today had decided to return to the old National Soccer League format for next year where the 10 Super Premier team will play in a home and away basis.

While a lot of discussion among district reps on whether they will have to reduce the number of teams taking part in the Super Premier league next year, today at the Raffles Getaway hotel in Nadi they have decided to return to the Super 10 League format.

Our reporter Gulsher Ali was in the meeting and said they will reduce the number of the Super Premier teams to 8 in 2010.

Also changes have been made to the Premier division in the North where they will have to play 90 minutes of soccer from next year in their competition.
