About 80 students will benefit from the new Fiji Centre for Arts that was opened last night.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Interim Education Minister Filipe Bole stated that the Fiji Arts Council had never found a permanent place to operate from and this occasion marks a milestone development in the promotion and the preservation of our local culture and arts.
The centre will be the creative industry that focuses on creative and exploiting music, art and culture and economic activities, designing and selling works of art.
