As we mark International Museum Day, many families flocked to the Fiji Museum to remind themselves and teach their children of Fiji's history and how it is being preserved.
When Fijivillage visited the Museum, close to 150 people had passed through the doors today. We spoke to Anuresh who was out with his son and wife. He said a visit to the museum helps enhance his sons learning as they get to see things they are being taught in school.
Faizil Banu from Valelevu who took her two sons and six nephews for a day at the Museum said it also helps parents realize how much we don't know about our history.
