A full squad of 17 for the Fiji Bati team is expected to be named this Wednesday in preparation for their Test match against the British Lions.
Fiji Bati Coach, Joe Rabele said they have screened the players that turned up for training last week and at the moment are running through fitness tests before the squad is named.
Rabele added that this is an important match as the local boys are building up for the Pacific Cup later this year.
Nine Bati players who made it to the 2008 RLWC are also part of the 40 member training squad.
The British Lions take on the Fiji Bati next week at the TFL National Stadium.
