The Fiji Basketball team is ranked as outsiders in the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament which starts tomorrow morning in Spain.
The Oceania representative seem to believe that Fiji does not have a chance to qualify for the Olympics in Beijing when they take on fifth ranked Spain tomorrow morning before playing their second match against fourth ranked Brazil.
Fiji team coach Michael Whippy said although they are ranked 58th in the 69-team FIBA rankings, they have the players that can upset top teams in the World.
Fiji must win both its games to qualify for the quarterfinals.
The top two teams in the tournament will earn a ticket to the Olympic Games.
