The Fiji Barbarians will play against Australia in the cup final of the Oktoberfest 7s after beating HSBC World Series Champions South Africa 38-21 in the cup semi-final.
Fiji 7s play maker Amenoni Nasilasila once again showcased brilliant side stepping and offloading rugby against the Blitzbokz which created the first try for winger Banuve Tabakaucoro in the corner.
Tabakaucoro’s speed proved too fast for the South Africans as he scored two tries.
South Africa’s silly mistakes in the first half which created tries for Paula Dranisinukula and Amenoni Nasilasila.
Fiji Babas led South Africa 26-0 at half-time.
Sevuloni Mocenacagi and Apenisa Cakaubalavu scored Fiji’s other tries in the second half.
Fiji will meet Australia at 7.12 this morning in the cup final of the Oktoberfest 7s.
