Former Fiji Athletics rep James Goulding has been appointed as the Oceania Athletics Development officer.

Goulding will be based in Suva and will help most of the Oceania countries athletes.

Athletics Fiji official Albert Miller said Goulding has also been helping them a lot and his salary is been paid by Oceania and Athletics Fiji.

Miller said with Goulding's help they will now improve athletics in Secondary Schools.
