The Digicel Fiji 7s team will have two warm-up matches against Japan and kenya today to test out the speed in the side as they prepare for the Australia 7s this weekend.
Assistant coach Josateki Savou said the two sides, Japan and Kenya are known for their speed and this will greatly assist the boys.
Savou adds that they will also concentrate on preparing the boys mentally after the loss in Hong Kong and addressing them on the importance of maintaining possession.
Fiji is in Pool C in the Australia 7's with host Australia, Tonga and USA.
Fiji's opening pool game is against USA at 2.51pm this Saturday.
