Work on your defense if you want to retain the Hong Kong 7s title next week.
This is the message from former Wallaby and Flying Fijian great, Ilivasi Tabua who stresses that the Digicel Fiji 7s team needed to have an aggressive defense.
Ilivasi added maintaining possession will be vital as this is an area that has been lacking from the previous tournaments.
Meanwhile the Digicel Fiji Sevens team will have their captains run at the Nasova grounds this afternoon.
The Hong Kong 7s starts next Friday with Fiji taking on Hong Kong at 9.06pm.
