The Digicel Fiji 7's team has turned around the unforgettable humiliation from Wellington after booking its spot in the Cup semis of the USA 7's.

We now face our oldest rivals in the Cup semis of the USA 7's, New Zealand who also are hungry for a win after losing out in the cup semis last week.

With 10 players, Fiji has managed well from the quarter-finals with sheer determination from players and it is now left for the big one which is against the IRB 7's series points leaders.

The last time the two teams faced off each other was in the pool match of the South Africa 7's where Fiji won 24-12.

National sevens assistant coach Timoci Waniqolo told irb.com that they want to lift their performance after their early exit from the New Zealand 7s.
