The members of the Digicel Fiji sevens team will have to watch their diet and continue training through the festive season as they will be put through a grueling fitness test soon after the new year.

FRU High Performance Unit Manager Talemo Waqa confirms while the squad will take a break for the next two week, the players have been reminded to remain focused for the upcoming tournaments.
