Experience will still be a key factor in naming the Digicel Fiji 7s team for the next IRB 7s tournament.

The Fiji Rugby Union yesterday named the 27 member squad that will march into camp today to prepare for the England and Scotland 7s.

Coach Josateki Savou has dropped former captain Emosi Vucago, Kelemedi Bola, Nemani Nagusa while Ilai Tinai and Osea Kolinisau are injured.

Savou said that seasonal campaigners like Dale Tonawai, Watisoni Votu, Miti Nacagilevu, Joeli Lutumailagi, David Batiratu, Nikola Matawalu and Waqabaca Kotobalavu will provide the guidance needed to the new players who have been brought into the team.

The likes of Nadroga duo Apisalome Waqatabu, Aporosa Tabulawaki, Sevuloni Lutu and Jone Natua from Army are some new faces in the squad.

The Fiji 7s team is in Pool D in London with South Africa, Russia and Portugal.

The England 7s kicks-off on the 21st and 22nd of next month.
