It is about getting the basic of the game right that is important in starting our IRB 7s campaign well in Gold Coast this weekend.
Those were the words of Digicel Fiji 7s assistant coach, Eddy Waqa as his side gets ready to leave Nadi this evening for their first stop over in the 7s circuit.
Waqa said that although they did not have enough time together preparing as a team this side has experience players who know what is to be done to win games.
The Fiji 7s team will depart Nadi Airport at 9pm.
Their first match at the Australia 7s will be against Niue at 5.25pm this Friday.
Fiji will play Kenya at 8.31pm and the final pool match will be against New Zealand at 12.14am on Saturday.
