The 16 member team for the last two legs of the IRB World Sevens will be named today but the question many rugby fans are asking is whether some of the returning senior players will be able to deliver.
Fijivillage understands that Lepani Botia is likely to make a return after a long layoff from injury with Setefano Cakau missing out on the previous leg likely to return as captain and Joji Ragamate who is highly tipped to take over the play-making role from Ilai Tinai.
Coach Alifereti Dere said the return of these senior players will help them prove their worth for World Cup selection.
The Scotland 7s will be held on the 4th and 5th of next month where Fiji is pooled with Australia, Spain and Argentina.
