The Vodafone Fiji 7s team has settled in well in Wellington and has gone straight into their warm up matches.
Coach Ben Ryan says their warm up clash against Kenya last night went well despite cold conditions.
Viliame Mata will join the team later today.
Ryan also says despite the slow ticket sales they will still play their hearts out.
Fiji is in Pool B with Japan, Wales and Argentina in the Wellington tournament.
They will take on Japan at 11.36am this Saturday.
Fiji will then face Wales at 2.38pm and take on Argentina at 5.46pm this Saturday.
The Cup quarters will start at 12.02pm Sunday, the Cup semis start at 4.27pm while the Cup final kicks off at 7.30pm.
