World Rugby ambassador and sevens TV commentator Karl Te Nana says the Vodafone Fiji Sevens team is the bench mark in Sevens rugby around the world.
Karl Te Nana says Fiji is doing the basics properly and they will be very hard to beat.
He says Ben Ryan has done the most work with them on their fitness, which leads to them having fresher minds and making better decisions at the breakdown.
Karl Te Nana says the pressure will be on Fiji and South Africa in the Cape Town Sevens.
He adds that the hardest thing about sevens is having to defend and Fiji is a team that is always with the ball because they win kick-offs.
The Cape Town 7s will kick off at 9.15pm.
Fiji plays Scotland at 9.59pm today, they play Russia at 1.20am tomorrow and the final pool match against Argentina will be at 5.03am tomorrow.
The Cup quarter finals will start at 11.04pm tomorrow, the Cup semis start at 3.34am Monday while the Cup final will kick off at 6.30am Monday.
