The Vodafone Fiji 7s team has won their second pool match of the Gold Coast 7s hammering Portugal 38-0.
The national side made a good start beating Scotland 40-7 in their first pool match.
Nadroga’s sensation Apisalome Waqatabu scored three tries against Portugal while the other tries came in from Semi Kunatani, Savenaca Rawaca and Apisai Domolailai.
Meanwhile in the first pool game, Captain Osea Kolinisau was in top form scoring three of Fiji’s six tries.
Other tries came from Savenaca Rawaca, Apisalome Waqatabu and Vatemo Ravouvou.
Fiji had a shaky start against Scotland before firing out in the second spell to claim victory.
Fiji’s last pool match is against host Australia at 9.01pm.
The quarter finals will be at 12.48pm tomorrow, the semifinals will kick off at 4.53pm while the final will be held at 7.49pm.
