Members of the Digicel Fiji Sevens team will be given active rest over the next two weeks to allow them to spend quality time with their families over the festive season.

However, FRU High Performance Unit Manager Talemo Waqa said Coach Iliesa Tainivula along with the training staff will be monitoring the players daily to ensure they stick to the training programs provided to them.
