Defending Adelaide 7's champions, Digicel Fiji 7’s have been drawn into a tough pool in this year's tournament that will be held straight after the Hong Kong 7s.

Fiji head Pool D alongside Kenya, England and France.

Defending IRB 7s series winners New Zealand head Pool A with Scotland, Argentina and the Cook Islands.

Last year's Adelaide 7s losing finalists Samoa head Pool B with Tonga, Wales and Japan while South Africa, who are currently second on the IRB points table, head Pool C and will meet up with Australia, USA and Canada.

The Adelaide 7s will be held on the 5th and 6th of April.
