Fiji 7s team coaches tries out new combinations
Sekonaia Kalou, Nemani Nagusa and Lepani Botia ran in the forwards while captain, Setefano Cakau sat outside with the coaches.
Taniela Rawaqa was tried at halfback and Osea Kolinisau at playmaker.
Assistant coach, Etuate Waqa also started Metuisela Talebula at rover and Waisea Nayacalevu at wing.
It was evident at the Nasova grounds this morning that the Fiji 7's coaches are trying to iron out all basic errors and set up some new combinations.
Fiji will play Argentina at 12.44pm next Friday in its first match of the New Zealand 7's.
At 3.40pm Fiji will take on Tonga and in its last pool match Fiji will play Wales at 8.12pm.
The cup quarter-finals will start at 1.33pm next Saturday with the cup semi-finals starting at 5.35pm.
The cup final will be played at 8.30pm.
