The Digicel Fiji 7s team has won their first pool game match against Scotland by 31-14.
The tries from Fiji were scored by Osea Kolinisau, Alipate Ratini, Apisai Domolailai, Joji Ragamate and Samuela Saqiwa.
Experience and skills of Osea Kolinisau, Joji Ragamate and Lepani Botia have helped the new players in their confidence at second half.
Fiji will meet Tonga at 5.58pm this afternoon and will face Australia later in the evening at 9.46pm.
Meanwhile in other results, England drew 14-all with Kenya, Samoa thrashed Spain 31-10, France beat Argentina 14-7, Wales defeated Portugal 19-12, New Zealand beat USA 19-7, South Africa thrashed Canada 38-0, Australia thrashed Tonga 31-14, and England beat Spain 13-10.
