The Digicel Fiji 7's team is banking on their past wins over Samoa when they run out to do battle this weekend in the South Africa 7's.

The two South Sea Island teams find themselves together in pool B which also has USA and Namibia.

In the previous five meetings between Fiji and Samoa at the South Africa 7s, it's been Fiji who have run out winners every time.

Coach Iliesa Tanivula along with his manager Sale Sorovaki videoed the side's training run against the Kenya in George so that they can identify their weaknesses in the scrums, which was a concern in Dubai.

Sorovaki added that the players need to look at what needs to be done before the tournament starts tomorrow.

Fiji is in Pool B with Samoa, USA and Namibia and they will open their 2010 South Africa 7's against Namibia on Friday night at 11.43pm.
