Fiji 7's squad players who are currently in camp preparing for the Fiji Water Centennial 7's tournament are bracing for tough and strict training guidelines from their new coach.
Winger Benito Eremasi who captained Fiji to the Pacific Mini games said they know Ben Ryan is a no nonsense coach and are expecting to learn new things from him.
Ben Ryan is expected to be in the country soon.
The Fiji Water Centennial 7's tournament will be played this Friday and Saturday at the ANZ Stadium.
