New Zealand scored first through Sione Molia as they took an early 5-0 lead.
Jerry Tuwai scored two tries as Fiji took an 12-5 lead.

Molia scored New Zealand’s second try while Kurt Baker scored the winning try.

This was the 100th match between Fiji and New Zealand in the Series with Fiji winning 51 while New Zealand have now won 49.
Fiji will now play South Africa in the 5th place semi final at 8.28am tomorrow.
Semifinals will start at 9.12am tomorrow and the Cup final will kick off at 12.30pm tommorow.
