Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan will kick start his preparation for the IRB World 7s series tomorrow.
Team Manager Paula Biu confirmed that this is a good opportunity for Ryan to gauge the players fitness and plan their next phase of preparation.
Biu added after the fitness test tomorrow, players will then be given training programmes to guide them until the first camp prior to the tournament in Gold Coast.
Meanwhile, Ryan has recalled five former players into the squad which inlcude Aisake Katonibau, Ilai Tinai, Emosi Vucago, Sikeli Vuruna and Nasoni Roko.
Other key players that have been retained include Pio Tuwai, Osea Kolinisau, Emosi Mulevoro, Waisea Nacuqu, Semi Kunatani, Setefano Cakau and Samu Saqiwa.
The Vodafone Fiji 7s squad members will have their fitness test at the Laucala HPU Gym in Suva tomorrow.
Meanwhile the Gold Coast tournament kicks off on the 11th of October.
