Digicel Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan is expected to name a much stronger side in the quarterfinal tonight than the one that took the field against Scotland.

Ryan said he wanted to test out some of the other players during their last pool match this morning.


He said after that last pool match he has gauged what the team is capable of.


Fiji will meet Samoa in the first cup quarterfinal at 11.39 tonight. 

In the other cup quarterfinals tomorrow New Zealand meet Kenya at 12.01am, Argentina takes on France at 12.23am and South Africa meet Portugal at 12.45am.

The cup semifinals start at 3:49am tomorrow and the cup final will be at 6:30am.

Meanwhile Fiji earlier beat Australia 26-5, France 27-7 and Scotland 29-12 to top pool A.
