The new Fiji 7s coach is expected to be announced this week.
Fiji Rugby Union Acting CEO Dr Berlin Kafoa said some prominent coaches have been interviewed and short listed like former New Zealand and Fiji 7s rep Waisiki Masirewa, Iliesa Tanivula, Tongan coach Etuate Waqa and former England mentor Ben Ryan.
Kafoa added the board will meet today to decide on the 7s coach and other issues.
The new Coach's first assignment will be the Fiji Water Centennial International 7s next month.
