Just hours away from the start of the Dubai 7s tournament, Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan has stated that he is under no pressure to deliver and help Fiji defend their title this weekend.

Speaking to Fijivillage from the team camp in Abhu Dhabi, Ryan said with the quality and caliber of players in the side he is confident that they will produce the results that matters on the day.

Ryan has advised the players to stay focused and not to be carried away with the win in Gold Coast and concentrate on delivering a good performance this afternoon.

Ryan said it is all about getting the right mindset and working hard on what the players can do inside the field as well as getting them to eat the right food and have a good recovery session before kick-off.

He said an added boost is having Prime Minister, Voreqe Bainimarama in Dubai to motivate the players.
