The fifth suspect in regards to the Iowane Benedito video brutality case has been charged and produced in the Nasinu Magistrates Court.
Pita Matairavula who is a soldier, was interviewed by police in relation to his participation in an alleged sexual assault on November 2012.
Matairavula is remanded in custody until Friday 13th of November when the court will give a ruling on his bail application.
The other four accused persons in this matter are currently on bail on strict conditions and the matter is adjourned to 2nd December 2015.
