Fears are growing amongst stakeholders that the number of undetected cases of people living with HIV/AIDs in Fiji is growing and despite the awareness campaigns, people are still not coming forward for tests.
Health Permanent Secretary Dr Salanieta Saketa said the true extent of the spread of HIV/Aids in Fiji is still not known.
Saketa stressed that they have enough anti retro-viral drugs at hand to assist people.
She added that people must realize that if detected early, with the right treatment, people can live normal lives.
