Nausori Police are questioning a 35 year old man who allegedly raped his 14 year old daughter on several occasions.
Assistant Police Spokesperson Corporal Josaia Weicavu confirms that the 35 year old man was arrested last night.
Corporal Waicavu said the man went to school and picked her daughter and took her to a friend’s place where the alleged incident took place.
The girl’s mother who was looking for her reported that her daughter was missing and investigations were carried out which led to arrest of the 35 year old man.
The girl has been sent to hospital for examination and the father is expected to be charged soon.
