A 57 year old father who allegedly raped his 15 year old daughter numerous times has pleaded not guilty to the charges in the Levuka Magistrates court.
The court heard that the father allegedly raped his daughter 20 times between April 2003 and May 2005.
The matter was reported to Police by the daughter after rumors started in the settlement that the father was having an affair with his 15 year old daughter.
Magistrate Vani Ravono has released him on $1000 cash bail and has ordered him not to interfere with witnesses and to report to the Levuka Police station once a week.
The case has been adjourned to the 1st of May.
