Police are questioning a 25-year-old farmer of Vuda, Lautoka for allegedly knifing his 38-year-old neighbour.
The farmer is alleged to have borrowed the victim's bullocks to plough his land, however he did not return it on time and when the victim went to get his bullocks back, an argument developed.
The farmer then allegedly knifed the victim who sustained serious injuries.
He is admitted at the Trauma Ward at the Lautoka Hospital.
The farmer is expected to be charged later today.
