Rewa goalkeeper Simione Tamanisau, Ba’s Avinesh Swamy and Alvin Singh, Lautoka defender Samuela Kautoga and Nadi midfielder Munit Krishna have been chosen in the 25-member Vodafone Fiji Olympic squad to prepare for the Spain tour.
Fiji soccer coach Frank Farina said they will decide later which three senior players will play for Fiji during the Rio Olympics next year.
Under the Olympics player eligibility rules for soccer, a team may include three overage players.
Roy Krishna is highly likely to be one of the players.
Farina said this will give opportunities to the senior players to show what they can do.
The team leaves for Spain on the 13th of next month.
