Fake notes continue to be in circulation and now a fake $100 note has hit the market.
A Bank of South Pacific teller in Lautoka discovered a fake $100 note yesterday while sorting out the notes.
In another incident a fake $10 note was discovered by a Lautoka City Council employee.
Assistant Police Spokesperson, Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said they are continuing with their investigation and has warned members of the public to be vigilant while dealing with notes.
