FWRM hits out at Health Ministry
FWRM Executive Director, Virisila Buadromo said the interim government is being irresponsible in asking inexperienced members to step forward and assist.
Buadromo said the Organisation does not have the skills required to assist.
The Arya Pratinidhi Sabha of Fiji said they have limited abilities to come forward and help the Ministry of health.
Sabha's President Kamlesh Arya said its members are not specialists in these types of work and as a result they would not be able to provide any help.
The Fiji Sanatan Dharam Pratinidhi Sabha Of Fiji said people of Fiji should come forward and help the Ministry of Health in any way they can.
Sabha's President Dewan Maharaj said he will wait for an request after which they will decide how they can help the Ministry of Health.
Meanwhile, the Fiji Muslim League President Hafiz Khan said they will only consider in coming forward to help the Ministry of health when it receives a formal request from them.
In a statement, the Ministry of Health is requesting retired nurses, NGO's, Religious and Womens' groups to lend a hand during the time the nurses are on strike.
