The Fiji Women's Crisis Centre wants to meet with the Police Commissioner to discuss matters in relation to human trafficking in the country.
Centre Coordinator Shamima Ali said they have received reports from Asian women complaining about being forced into prostitution and they are also getting reports about child trafficking. However she says they need to work with the police to get concrete evidence.
She said she would contact the Police Commissioner this week. Commodore Esala Teleni returned from India yesterday.
